   The Central Oregon Builders Association would like to cordially invite you to participate in the 10th annual Central Oregon Builders Association's Fall Home & Garden Show. The COBA Board of Directors voted to create and start this show in 1993 to help our members and friends market their products to all of Central Oregon.

    Consumer trade shows are the most cost effective means of generating new business and the Central Oregon Builders Association’s Fall Home Show has a great track record. You get a targeted media campaign which includes radio, TV, newspaper ads and a special section in The Bulletin, professional show management and much, much more.

    We are always looking to add new quality exhibitors to our show that already includes over 250 quality exhibitors and sponsors. The show has a total attendance of over 7,000 and last year the show had nearly $50,000 in marketing dollars spent in the local area.

Event Details

  • The Central Oregon Builders Association Fall Home & Garden Show is one of the largest events east of the Cascades
  • More than 9,000 people will be at this show to see your products and/or services.
  • More than 300 exhibitors.
  • Three days dedicated exclusively to your market.
  • More than 25 dynamic workshops done by experts in their fields.
  • This event is promoted with nearly $100,000 worth of adverising including newspaper, radio and television reaching nearly 90% of the market (more than 100,000 adults) in the tri-county area.
  • This event is owned and produced by one of the fastest growing builders associations in the nation. Central Oregon is one of the fastest growing regions in the west.  Deschutes County alone is expected to grow from 140,000 people in 2005 to more than 255,000 by 2040.
  • All this for an investment of less than 5¢ per show visitor.


Application for trade show display space

    Exhibitors in the COBA Fall Home & Garden Show must be a member of the Central Oregon Builders Association, a non-profit trade association dedicated to serving our members, or pay a non-member fee. If your company is not a member, COBA offers you a discounted special annual membership for $325. Annual dues include membership in the National Association of Home Builders, the Oregon Home Builders Association, and the Central Oregon Builders Association. Please call COBA at 541-389-1058 with questions about membership. 

    Applicant must submit a deposit of not less than 50% of the total fee due to the Central Oregon Builders Association with this application, a signed lease of space agreement, and certificate of liability insurance no later than five (5) business days of verbal commitment in order to secure your booth selection. The remainder of the fee is due no later than September 1, 2008.

Tradeshow exhibiting can be (and should be!) one of the most profitable and cost-effective means for promoting your company and its products and services.
